Hi! We’re Tim and Casey Warta, licensed Realtors based in Middle Tennessee and the husband-and-wife duo behind the Warta Home Team. Together, we help clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions, buying or selling a home, with a blend of strategy, clarity, and hands-on support. Casey brings her background in real estate and creative marketing to provide thoughtful guidance and personal connection, while Tim’s solutions-focused approach ensures every detail is handled, from spotting a home’s potential to negotiating with confidence.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find us with our big kids, exploring local spots, tackling DIY projects, and soaking up the “almost-empty-nest” season of life while looking forward to what’s next. A few years ago, we made the move from Northern California to Middle Tennessee and it's been the best decision for our family and our future.
